Jasmine Rice, Shrimp and Snow Peas Recipe

Let me be honest. When I stopped dieting and made up my mind that I was going to eat healthy and not try to diet the one thing I missed, or thought I missed, was the flavor of food. But little did I now what was really in store for me. Let me explain. What I thought was delicious and tasty was not the actual taste of food, it was flavor enhancers and chemicals added to change the taste. As to why they do that is a whole other blog that I will cover soon. Any way back to the subject at hand. Once I started to consume whole foods and less processed foods I realized just how good and tasty real food can be!!! And that is one reason I want to share the recipes I create with you. I am on a mission to help others learn how to be healthy and enjoy food all at the same time.

Don’t skip trying this recipe if you don’t like shrimp or have an allergy to it. Replace the shrimp with 4 or 5 oz of chicken or tofu to make it vegan. You can also add any veggies that are your favorite. Make sure you comment and share this recipe.
